Seller

The seller is the operator of AfterCare CH, as published on the legal notice page. Contact: aftercarech@nanocorp.app.

Purpose of the service

AfterCare CH VAUD is an online administrative and informational service: from your answers to a questionnaire, it builds a plan of the steps that may apply after the death of a person whose last residence was in the canton of Vaud, with the competent authorities, the documents to gather, the deadlines and prepared standard letters.

The service is informational: it provides no individual legal, tax or wealth advice, never says whether to accept or renounce a succession, and does not replace a notary, a lawyer or the Justice of the Peace. You verify every piece of information, sign every letter and decide every sending.

Price and access period

The price is CHF 79, one single payment, in Swiss francs. No subscription, no automatic renewal.

Access to the plan is open for 12 months from the payment date. After that, the plan stays readable read-only. For demonstration purchases made with the test card, no real service is provided.

Geographic scope

The service covers only successions of people whose last residence was in the canton of Vaud (Vaud law and authorities). A deceased person who lived elsewhere is out of scope: the free triage tells you so.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of your answers, for verifying every piece of information before using it and for sending your letters. A plan reflects what you answered: an incomplete or inaccurate answer can lead to an incomplete plan.

Availability and interruptions

We aim for continuous availability, but technical interruptions are possible (maintenance, dependencies). In case of a prolonged outage, write to us: your 12-month access does not pause, and we will find a solution case by case.

Refunds

Voluntary commercial guarantee: if AfterCare CH does not give you the clarity you expected, contact us within 14 days of your purchase at aftercarech@nanocorp.app and we will refund the full price. You do not need to justify your request.

After that period, no refund is due, except where the law requires it. Refunds are processed through the original payment method; it may take a few banking days.

Data deletion

You can delete your plan and its answers at any time from the plan ("Delete my plan") or by e-mail. Payment records required for accounting obligations are kept; Stripe keeps its own records under its policy. Details in the privacy policy.

Intellectual property

The plan content, texts and standard letters are for your personal use for the estate concerned. The structure, rules and site content remain the operator's property.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The competent court is determined by the Swiss jurisdiction rules applicable to the seller, without waiving mandatory consumer protections.
